When you call the office, we will schedule a phone call to discuss your needs, presenting issues and symptoms, and our qualifications to assist you in meeting your goals. If we are a good fit, we will set up a regular meeting time and then re-assess frequency after a few sessions.

Rates and Insurance

We offer in-network coverage for some insurance plans at this time. If we are not in-network for your insurance plan, we are happy to provide you with a superbill after payment or bill insurance on your behalf as out-of-network providers.

Many clients submit superbills to their insurance for reimbursement. Some clients will receive a portion of counseling fees reimbursed to them from their insurance companies. Some clients will not receive any reimbursement. Being reimbursed our full fee is extremely rare. Please check your coverage before scheduling services.

Some questions to ask your insurance are:

  • Does my health insurance plan cover mental health?

  • Does my plan cover a non-participating (out of network) LPC or LMFT, and at what percentage?

  • What is my out-of-network deductible and has it been met yet?

We accept check or cash. Cards can be accepted for an additional fee.

  • Sliding scale slots may be available

  • Sessions can last between 50-90 minutes.

  • The hourly fee also applies to other services such as telephone conversations lasting more than 15 minutes, report or letter writing, attendance at meetings, and records preparation.

Payment for services is due at each session. Please give 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a charge for that session.
