Esther Prelog, MA LPC

Esther is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Counseling with a youth and child specialization from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Portland State University. As a counselor, Esther is committed to serving clients by partnering with them in working toward healthy change, development, and growth.

Esther has experience working with children, adolescents, helping clients with adoption, healing after divorce, adults, families, and parent skills training. Her areas of concentration include play therapy, neurofeedback therapy, and parent skills training. Specialties include abuse recovery for all ages, narcissism, adoption, trauma, attachment, ODD, and other severe diagnosis, as well as parent coaching.

 Crystal Stachera, MA LMFT

Crystal is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has worked in the mental health field since 2002. She earned her Master of Arts degree through George Fox University and Bachelors of Arts in Biblical Studies through Multnomah University. As a therapist, Crystal is committed to serving clients by working from a strengths based perspective to work towards personal and family health and well being.

Crystal has experience treating trauma, anxiety, grief, domestic violence, substance abuse issues, and family communication, as well as numerous other challenges we may face. Interventions include cognitive behavioral, play therapy and sand tray therapy, EMDR, neurofeedback therapy and HRV (heart rate variability) training.
